"Shipping cost felt too high"
The product itself seemed perfectly fine, so I was pretty much ready to place the order. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost made the total jump more than I expected, and I started wondering if I had missed something or maybe picked the wrong option somehow.
I know shipping can’t always be free, and maybe I’m being picky, but for a smaller order it just felt like a lot. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless the delivery fees come down a bit.

"I had a question about my order..."
I had a question about my order and just needed a simple answer, so I sent them a message. No reply at all. I waited a bit and sent another one, and when they finally got back to me days later, the response barely helped.

I know things get busy, but it really felt like nobody was paying attention to customer messages. It wasn’t some huge disaster, but it definitely made me lose trust in them. If I ever need quick help with an order, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from them again

"Good gift, though maybe the packaging could be nicer"
I got this for my brother as a gift, and he seemed to really like it. I did sort of wonder if the packaging could’ve looked a little nicer, especially since it was a present, but maybe I’m just being picky. It arrived fine either way, so overall I’m happy with it

"Promo code wouldn’t apply"
I’m not trying to be dramatic, but the sale prices looked good and then the promo code I was given wouldn’t work at checkout. When I reached out, support just said the items were excluded, which I guess is technically an explanation, but it still felt misleading. Maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but it was annoying and came off a little bait-and-switch.

I ordered a shirt and the color looked pretty much the same in person as it did on the site. I was kind of expecting it to be a little off, but it wasn’t. Nothing fancy to say, just happy it matched

"Decent shirts, but the sizing is annoying"
I ordered two shirts from lanefrost.com in my usual size, and overall they looked nice. The annoying part was that they fit totally differently. One was mostly true to size, maybe just a little snug after I washed it, but the other was wider in the shoulders and longer than I expected, so it looks a bit sloppy on me. Not a terrible experience, but I do wish the size chart had better details or notes. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely be more careful with sizing next time.

"Description was way off"
I ordered from lanefrost.com the item I got didn’t really match what was shown or described on the product page. The sizing felt off and the material wasn’t what I was expecting either. It’s kind of ridiculous when the details aren’t accurate, because that’s what you rely on before buying. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I was definitely disappointed.

I browsed lanefrost.com hoping to find a few different options, but the selection felt sorta limited. A few categories seemed thin, and the sizes and styles weren’t always great. The site itself is fine, I just wish there was more variety to choose from

"Good Quality, Shipping Was Just a Bit Slow"
I’ve been using what I ordered from lanefrost for a few months now, it’s been holding up really well. No loose stitching, no odd wear, and it still looks good even with regular use. To be fair, the delivery did take longer than I expected, so that’s the main reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars. But judging the product itself, I’m happy with the durability and I’d probably order from them again

I used Lane Frost Brand and overall it was straightforward, which was reassuring because I always get a little nervous when a site feels clunky. The pages loaded fine, I found what I was looking for quickly, and checkout was simple enough that I didn’t have to second-guess anything. My only real complaint is that the filters could be better, because I like feeling confident I’m not missing other options...

"I got the feeling the site..."
I got the feeling the site hasn’t really been refreshed in a while. The layout feels a bit packed in, and the colors don’t seem to help much, so it’s not exactly something I wanted to keep looking at.
Browsing around was kind of a chore too. A few pages felt cluttered, and I had to work harder than I’d expect to find things. After a little while, I was ready to move on.

"Clean, simple packaging"
My order from Lane Frost Brand showed up packed really nicely. The box was clean, not beat up or dented, and the stuff inside was wrapped better than I expected.

I liked that it wasn’t excessive or full of unnecessary filler, just neat and thoughtful. Everything looked good when I opened it, so that was nice.

"Looks good, but not great for all-day wear"
They looked nice, they felt okay at first. But after a couple of hours, they started rubbing and got uncomfortable. Maybe they just need some breaking in, I’m not sure, but I was expecting them to feel better. They’re not awful or anything, just not something I’d want to wear for a full day.
